1. Booking Transportation
Transportation services must be scheduled in advance by phone, text, or through our booking system.
To confirm a ride, the following information may be required:
• Client name
• Pickup and drop-off locations
• Appointment time
• Contact phone number
• Mobility assistance needs (walker, cane, etc.)
Once ride details are confirmed, the trip will be scheduled and payment arrangements will be provided.
2. Payment Requirements
Payment must be completed at the time of booking or prior to the scheduled ride unless prior billing arrangements have been approved.
We accept the following forms of payment:
• Credit or debit card
• Bank transfer (ACH)
• Approved facility or caregiver billing
Other payment arrangements may be discussed when necessary.
Payment confirms and secures the scheduled ride.
3. Pricing
Pricing for transportation services may vary depending on the type of service and distance.
Additional charges may apply for:
• extended wait time
• additional stops
• long-distance travel
• special scheduling requests
Pricing will be communicated clearly before confirming the booking whenever possible.
4. Wait Time Policy
Drivers will wait up to 10 minutes after the scheduled pickup time.
If additional waiting time is required, a wait-time fee may apply.
If the client is not present at the scheduled pickup location and cannot be contacted after the designated wait period, the trip will be classified as a no-show, and a no-show fee may apply.
5. Cancellation Policy
We understand that plans may change.
To avoid a cancellation fee, rides must be canceled at least 12 hours before the scheduled pickup time.
Cancellations made after this window may be subject to a cancellation fee.
If a driver has already been dispatched or has arrived at the pickup location, the ride may be charged in full.
6. No-Show Policy
If the client is not present at the scheduled pickup location and does not respond to communication attempts within the wait period, the ride will be considered a no-show.
No-show rides may be charged the full ride amount.
7. Refund Policy
Refunds may be issued in the following situations:
• the ride was canceled within the required cancellation window
• Trusted Path Transport LLC or TPT Reliable Care LLC was unable to provide the scheduled service
• a verified service issue occurred
Refund requests must be submitted within 7 days of the scheduled ride.
Approved refunds will be issued using the original payment method whenever possible.
8. Recurring or Facility Bookings
For recurring rides or facility partnerships, customized billing arrangements may be available.
Invoices may be issued weekly or monthly, depending on the agreed service plan.
